Dear Sir/Madam,


I am writing to inform you of how disappointed I am with the service I received at your hotel. I stayed there from June 6 to June 8 for four nights, and experienced several problems that I feel should be brought to your attention.


First of all, there were several issues with the room. Specifically, I had booked a room with a sea view, but on arrival, I found that my room overlooked the hotel backyard. Furthermore, the air conditioning was problematic. It kept breaking down, which made it too cold for me to sleep at night. When I complained to the receptionist, he refused to give me another room, which I found very frustrating.


Another issue was the food in the hotel restaurant. Not only were the portions very small, but the food was also tasteless, and most of the dishes were cold too. To make matters worse, the attitude of the waiters was disrespectful and impolite. Whenever I spoke to any of them, they either ignored me or said there was nothing they could do.


The problems I experienced during my time at your hotel left me feeling tired, hungry and greatly disappointed. I have never experienced such problems or seen such poor standards while staying at any other hotel. I therefore request that you remedy this situation immediately and insist that I be given a full refund. If I do not hear from you soon, I will have no choice but to express my dissatisfaction on social media.
